Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Nexus website and private-alpha content-production workspace.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

01

Service provider

The service is provided by Nexus. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

Additional operator details and a postal address will be provided in the legal notice before public commercial launch.

02

Private-alpha access

Nexus is currently a limited private alpha. Submitting an access request does not create a right to admission. An invited account may only be used by its authorised holder, and you must keep login details secure.

Google Sign-In does not create a new membership automatically; the Google email must match or be linked to an invited Nexus account.

03

The service

Nexus provides tools for configuring and operating content-production workflows, including scripts, voiceovers, visuals, rendering, channel organisation, scheduling and related management functions. Features may change during the alpha, and individual third-party integrations may be unavailable from time to time.

04

Plans, pricing and payment

The plan, usage rate and any setup-specific pricing shown during checkout or confirmed in your individual offer apply to your membership. Exact alpha pricing may be quoted on request. Unless expressly stated otherwise, taxes are added where legally required.

Only successfully completed production output is charged where Nexus expressly prices usage per finished minute. Third-party costs caused outside the included service scope require prior agreement.

05

Your content and responsibilities

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You grant Nexus the limited rights needed to store, process, transform and transmit that content solely to operate the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, brands, likenesses, voices, products and resulting publications are lawful and that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.

06

Acceptable use

You must not use Nexus to:

  • break the law, infringe intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights;
  • impersonate a person without permission or create deceptive or harmful material;
  • circumvent account, plan, tenant, rate or security controls;
  • extract secrets, interfere with infrastructure or access another customer's data;
  • resell account access unless expressly agreed in writing.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, or comply with law.

07

Connected services and credentials

You may connect your own accounts and API credentials. You authorise Nexus to use them only to perform actions you request or configure. You are responsible for the terms and charges of those providers unless the applicable Nexus plan expressly includes them.

You can remove or replace connected credentials through the available account controls or by contacting support.

08

Availability and alpha limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generation will be error-free. Alpha features may contain defects, change materially or be discontinued. Failed runs are handled according to the plan terms and are not represented as successfully completed output.

09

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel according to the conditions shown for your plan. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not reverse usage already delivered or charges already due. We may terminate or suspend an account for material breach, non-payment, abuse or legal necessity.

Following termination, access to workspace data may end. Export any material you need before the effective termination date.

10

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage arising from a material contractual obligation and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes indirect loss, lost profit and damage caused solely by third-party services or user-supplied content.

11

Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
